LCA is now providing an online relationship management system that helps you send completely personalized gifts and cards as a way to build, strengthen or maintain your business and professional relationships!

Do you work for a college or university that needs to thank donors for their contributions but lacks an integrated database of contact information?

Do you work for a college or university that needs to send a card to top prospective students to let them know how excited you are for them to enroll?

Do you work for an institution of higher education that needs to thank volunteers and let them know how much you appreciate them and their service?

Let's face it – the personal touch of communicating the right message at the right time is an important part of any business strategy. Yet, on a larger scale it's about building and nurturing relationships and doing so in an authentic way.

LCA is now offering a simple, affordable and convenient relationship management system that allows you to keep that personal touch in your business relationships. The relationship management system stores all of your clients’ information and reminds you of important dates like birthdays and anniversaries.

Features of the relationship management system include:

An easy-to-use Photoshop-style card editing system to add important pictures, your personal message and even video, which the card recipient scans and views using QR (Quick Response) coding on a smartphone

The ability to program the system to send your cards up to three years in advance so you can get things done at a pace that works for you

The option to use your own handwriting and signature

An entire gifting department along with an extensive selection of cards – plus the option of creating cards from scratch

Most importantly, you do all of this from the comfort of your computer, quickly, easily and for a fraction of the typical time and costs of driving to various stores searching for the perfect card or gift for a client or business associate.

This service offers a low monthly subscription fee of $9.80. Each personalized card you send costs about a dollar - not the $3 to $6 you would pay for a pre-printed card in a store. Click SEND and the company will print it, stuff it, stamp it and mail it for you with your return address on the envelope. Like the cards, the gifts are economical and are mailed for you. It doesn't get any easier!

Like many of our clients, you may see the value of an easy-to-use system to express your appreciation, strengthen relationships and grow your organization. If you would like more information, click here to get started and, if prompted, please enter this distributor / sponsor code: 122753.
