Dr. Linnie S. Carter, APR, the president and CEO of Linnie Carter & Associates LLC and a community college vice president, was recently appointed to the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Richard T. Robertson School of Media and Culture Advisory Board.
Dr. Carter is a two-time graduate of VCU, having earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mass communications.
Dr. Carter said “I love VCU and spent some of the best years of my life attending and working at the university. Being asked to serve on the advisory board is a wonderful way to end what has been a very challenging year. I am honored to serve and look forward to working with the other Advisory Board members.”
